Pattaya
Bang Saray is a fishing village on the coast south of Pattaya, about 15–20 km from the city centre along Sukhumvit Road, in Sattahip District. It keeps a small-town character: a long wooden pier, fishing boats, seafood restaurants by the water and a quiet beach. Property includes low-rise and a few high-rise condominiums by the sea, houses, pool villas and land. The area suits people who want calm and a slower pace: retirees, remote workers and families who don't need to be in the city every day. For bigger shopping trips and hospitals, residents drive to Jomtien or Pattaya; Nong Nooch Tropical Garden, Silverlake Vineyard and the Khao Chi Chan Buddha image are nearby, and U-Tapao (Rayong–Pattaya) International Airport is a drive further south. A car is needed for everyday life here.
