Property purchase calculators

Estimate what buying a property in Thailand costs on top of the price, and how a developer's installment plan spreads the payments.

Transfer taxes and fees

Taxes and fees are paid at the Land Office on the day ownership is transferred. Who pays which item is agreed in the sales contract.

The Land Office's own valuation, often lower than the price. Leave it as the price if you don't know it.

Only for a mortgage registered at the transfer.
