Terms of use

1. What the site is

The site presents properties for sale and for rent offered through our agency and lets you contact us about them. The site itself does not sell or rent anything, and nothing on it is an offer that creates a contract. A purchase or a tenancy is agreed separately, in writing, with the owner or developer.

2. Listing information

We take care to keep listings accurate, but their details, prices and availability come partly from owners and developers and can change without notice. Photos, plans, sizes and distances are for illustration and may be approximate.

Rental prices are per month. Prices in currencies other than Thai baht are converted with daily exchange rates for information only; the price in baht applies. Please confirm the details that matter to you with us before making a decision.

3. Using the site

When you use the site, you agree not to:

• send requests with false details or in someone else’s name without their permission;
• send spam or automated requests, or get around the site’s bot checks;
• copy listings or photos in bulk, or reuse them on other sites or services;
• interfere with the site’s security or operation;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

4. Content and trademarks

The site’s texts, photos, design and the One O One (KH) property logo belong to us or our partners and are protected by law. You may view the site and share links to listings for personal use; any other use needs our written permission. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors and MapTiler.

5. Other services

Messengers, maps, video players and other services linked from the site are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

6. Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by relying on information on the site, by interruptions or errors, or by other companies’ services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

7. Personal data

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are decided by ⟦competent court⟧. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of its mandatory laws.

These terms are available in English, Russian, Thai and Chinese. If the versions differ, the ⟦English⟧ version prevails.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; using the site after a change means you accept it.
